Raise a Concern
Open Book aims to be a safe space for all to come together to share stories and poems
and chat about them. In some groups members respond in writing to what they’ve read.
We recognise that bringing so many people together will result in some encountering
different views and perspectives than they may be used to. We want to create a space
where all views can be shared in a respectful way.
If you have any concerns about a session you’ve attended, or any wider concerns about our work you can reach out to us here. Your message will go to the Open Book directors’ inbox and not to any other team members. We’ll aim to respond to your message within 10 working days.
If we think it would help us to improve how we run Open Book, we’ll ask you if we can share your comments with members of our Open Book community who may be able to help address your concern. It’s always an option for you to ask us to keep your concern confidential.
